NinjaOutreach is one of the best-known outreach platforms in the market. However, in the past year alone, several outreach platform alternatives have been made available. If you’re interested in trying another outreach platform, outside of NinjaOutreach, continue reading. We’re going to be introducing 10 of the best alternatives to NinjaOutreach, how you can use them, and how they compare.

Ninja Outreach is known for its ability to act as an outreach tool for online marketing. It offers features that will allow you to connect with influencers, keep track of communications with influencers, and monitor any progress that occurs in your campaigns. Not all of the tools that we’re going to recommend will be capable of all these, but you’ll find that all the alternatives we’ve chosen should be helpful with connecting to influencers in some way, shape, or form.

First on our list of NinjaOutreach alternatives is InflueNex. When it comes to features, InflueNex is the most similar to NinjaOutreach. For example, both platforms will allow you to directly message influencers. That means the platform works as an email service that will allow you to keep track of your influencer communications in one single box. You can use this platform to:
Key Featuers:
URL: https://www.upfluence.com/
Next is Upfluence, it’s often marketed as your ‘one-stop-shop’ for all things influencer marketing, and, indeed, it offers a lot of functions for that purpose. Its database isn’t as large as InflueNex (which hosts over a hundred million YouTuber influencers), however, its database is very carefully curated. This means, that of the 1 million influencers in their databanks, each was accepted because of their marketability. As a tool, Upfluence is helpful for:
Key Featuers:
BuzzSumo, the third alternative on this list, is marketed more as an influencer search engine (much like InflueNex.) However, it can be pretty useful for connecting with influencers as well. At the moment, it’s database can be used for connecting to both Instagram and Twitter influencers. Plus, you can expect the following features:
Key Featuers:
URL: https://learn.aspireiq.com/
AspireIQ is a newer outreach tool, but it can be pretty helpful for setting up your influencer marketing campaigns. It’s helpful for several steps, in fact. Including the initial step (where you need to find influencers to work with), the middle stages (when the sponsored content is being produced), and even the monitoring of the performance of the branded content.
Key Featuers:
URL: https://www.buzzstream.com/
BuzzStream is another tool that is very similar to NinjaOutreach — features-wise. Outside of the influencer search features — which is probably what it’s best known for, this also works as a great outreach tool for contacting influencers. Much like InflueNex, this can even be used for creating email templates for mass or automated-outreach.
Key Featuers:
URL: https://hypeauditor.com/en/
Hype Auditor is the first tool on this list that is not, strictly, an outreach tool. However, it can still be pretty helpful when it comes to analyzing the performance of influencers (which is what is marketed as being.) At the moment works for both Instagram and YouTube.
Key Featuers:
URL: https://www.crowdfireapp.com/
Again, Crowdfire is not necessarily an outreach tool. However, it’s still pretty useful for the outreach process. With this app, which you can download for handling all your branded social networks, you can establish connections with influencers on social platforms like Twitter, Instagram, etc. by managing brand posts and tracking down brand mentions.
Key Featuers:
IFluenz is another, relatively, new outreach platform. Its payment plants are very flexible, which makes it great for brands that don’t have much of a budget. Plus, it does a pretty good job when it comes to the actual set up of the influencer campaign — whether you’re at the stage where you need to find influencers or at the stage where you need to keep track of the progress of the branded post.
Key Featuers:
Heepsy is another great multi-purpose tool that was made for finding influencers to work with. Unlike some of the other influencer search engine tools available though, it’s capable of finding influencers on several platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Much like Upfluence, its database is curated, which is why it only has 7 million influencers in its data banks currently.
Key Featuers:
Scrunch focuses primarily on helping you find suitable influencers to work with. At the moment, it has a database that is almost 20 million large. And, each influencer on its database can be tracked and monitored in-depth (with live-reporting included for tracking campaign progress.)
Key Featuers:
In this next part, we’re going to be teaching you how to use the best NinjaOutreach alternative that we introduced. We’re not going to be able to go through all of its features right now, but we will at least be able to show you how to use the tool, called InflueNex, in order to contact influencers (which is the main function offered by NinjaOutreach.) With InflueNex you can:
Key Features of InflueNex
Much like NinjaOutreach, InflueNex is an online platform. You'll firstly visit this website and create an account on this platform. You can click the Sign Up button at the upper right corner of the homepage to create your account.
As soon as you get on the site, you’ll be faced with the search tool. Type down the name of the influencer you want to contact, or if you don’t have an influencer in mind, type down brand relevant keywords or tags to narrow down your search results.
To make your search easier, make sure to use the filters provided. This will allow you to find an influencer based on their location, niche, engagement percentage, etc.
Once you have found the influencer you want to work with, go to their InflueNex dashboard. There, at the top right-hand side of the screen, is a button called Send Invitation that you can click to be moved to InflueNex’s email service page.
Finally, on InflueNex’s email page, write down the message you want to send and click SEND.
To finish things off, let’s look at a quick comparison between NinjaOutreach and our chosen contender, InflueNex. Both platforms are very similar, but which one is actually better? As you can see in the comparison table below, there are obvious differences between the two.
